Carrie Underwood Wedding, This weekend the Carrie Underwood wedding? is set to take place. But what I'm even more curious about is this $500,000 price tag rumored to be attached to Carrie and Mike Fisher's glorious occasion. Now while I can understand weddings are expensive and the fact that Carrie's wedding dress itself probably cost her a few grand, I'm dying to know what they are spending the rest of this cash on. Are you? Read more of the details and see photos here! This weekend is the Carrie Underwood wedding, rumored to be an event costing Carrie and soon-to-be husband Mike Fisher $500,000! Now while that might not sound like a lot, try saying half a million. See what I mean! That's some serious ching! So much for a simple wedding, Carrie!
RadarOnline is reporting that Carrie is certainly getting her dream wedding. But almost half of the money spent has been allocated towards a hotel for guests. Even though the nuptials are set to take place this Saturday at The Ritz-Carlton Lodge in Greensboro, Georgia (a town the size of about 3,000), the entire hotel has been reserved for the wedding and the guests who will be in attendance. That bill is rumored to be $268,000 for the night, with rooms ranging from $300 to $1500 a night. But Carrie and her man will be staying in the Presidential House where the couple will have VIP use of the lake and their very own golf course.
So what is so fabulous about their suite? Try 5,400 square-feet which includes master suites, including "two king-size rooms and two double bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, terrace with access to the recreation room, private pool, living room and dining room that seats 16 people."
While visitors have been arriving since Wednesday we are hearing that Carrie won't be arriving until later today and when she makes her arrival keep your eye in the sky for a helicopter. Yes, the country songstress will be flying in via copter.
We will definitely post Carrie Underwood wedding photos as soon as they are available. I am sure it will be an absolutely gorgeous event!
