And well, of course, if you read the headlines of papers you should know that Bieber won't be able to go, as a matter of fact I don't think any Americans tar would go to make a concert in North Korea.
Now the rumor has evolved and states that Justin Bieber hates North Korea.
Of course, this is just another made up rumor. Bieber does not hate North Koreans.
