Lindsey has a knack for pressing people's buttons and then expect them not to react in any form of expression. Lohan tweeted that on the morning of her birthday a waitress punched her for no reason, however she never mentioned the name of the waitress. If the waitress did punch Lohan the reason was over a man according to sources. And as of yet the waitress hasn't been disciplined over the matter.

The thing is, if this really happened how is it that Lindsay Lohan isn't jumping at the chance to press charges against the waitress? It is the perfect opportunity for the star. However, nothing is being said about it, the only time something was brought up about it was on her twitter page.

There are no lawyers or no one of this sort getting involved. It was her way of starting the fourth of July weekend. So was there really a bit of violence in her night or is she just making something else up? Or if it did happen and we all know it would be over a man, what was said? This is something that sounds too weird to even mention.

Do you think Lohan was indeed punched before the fourth of July weekend started and on her birthday at that? And why would a waitress punch her for no reason? If the waitress truly did that is.
