On April 25 on TV land at 9 ET/PT, you can watch the broadcast of the eighth annual TV Land Awards which was held in the Sony lot in Culver City, California. Held on Saturday, the awards had some great performers like the legends of comedy Mel Brooks and Carl Reiner.
The awards also welcomed some shows like the Everybody Loves Raymond, also the Charlie’s Angels, and the The Love Boat, and Bosom Buddies. Patricia Heaton, the Raymond star of the comedy 'The Middle' in ABC’s was quite privileged to party an Awards event which had the shows of ages with whom he had grown and also felt great to be a part of continuum of television history.
The Glee of Fox had just won the Future Classic Award due to which when the cast members entered on the red carpet, the fans went crazy and the media gathered for paparazzi and interviews. The Charlie Angels in 1970 was a great success, the Jaclyn Smith and Cheryl Ladd who featured in it, on the red carpet reminisced of the time when they were the rock stars.
Farrah Fawcett was given a tribute by the Land ceremony that also was a part of the show.
