Walter to Undergo Surgery

Finally 80-years-old Walters went public. She said that she is going to undergo surgery that will help replace the faulty heart calve. In fact, the surgery will be conducted later this week.

It turned out that the problem was identified when she was undergoing an echocardiogram of her heart. It was reveled that her valves were becoming smaller and tighter. Her doctor was following the progression of the problem and later it turned out that her aortic valve should be replaced. Not so long ago Walters felt pressure in her upper chest.

The decision was made by Walters and her doctors to undergo the heart valve replacement surgery. As a result, she will be able to take time off in order to recover. Moreover, her doctors hope that she will be able to make a full recovery. It is expected that she will be back to her work in the fall.

Actually, it is considered to be a serious surgery. But at the same time such a type of surgery is done often as well as successfully. Barbara is in excellent condition, so doctors expect a great result as well as a speedy recovery after they will perform the surgery.
