Watch WWE Extreme Rules 2010 Video Highlights Replay here. Tonight is the night for one of the most anticipated month's of wrestling, the PPV following Wrestle Mania. This Sunday (April 25, 2010 at 8:00 pm ET) WWE presents the WWE Extreme Rules 2010 Live.
The Unified Tag Team Champions The Miz and The Big Show came out to the ring even though they were not advertised for a match. After a couple of minutes, Smackdown GM Teddy Long came out and said he had a team to face the champions. The Miz kept talking so Long keeping adding team until it was eventually a gauntlet match and if they lose to any of the teams tonight in a non-title match, then that team will get a title shot tomorrow night at Raw.
I don't mean to be nit picky but the psychology of John Cena was just awful at Extreme Rules. After having his leg worked over for almost ten minutes, Cena just starts running the ropes and even jumped up to signal for the Five Knuckle Shuffle. A few minutes later his leg miraculously held up for an Attitude Adjustment. Shortly thereafter he climbed the ropes, etc, etc. I am probably the only one that pays attention to this stuff anymore, but John Cena's psychology was on par with a bad independent pro wrestler.
The night starts with HHH Vs Sheamus, but before the match could even begin, Sheamus attacked Triple H in the back and then Sheamus said if Triple H would man up, then he would see him later in the night.
Cut to backstage where Hunter and Sheamus are fighting, and the referees are breaking it up. Hunter is getting the better of Sheamus, but when the refs pull him off, Sheamus hits Hunter with his pipe. Sheamus backs all the refs away, and blasts Hunter again. The refs call for trainers who come in and check on Hunter.
