Grudge The Revolt Of Gumiho

Grudge The Revolt Gf GumihoLatest News Update About Grudge The Revolt Of Gumiho: Escaping the mold of past gumiho tales, this series has a story line interests distributors in Japan, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Seoul, Korea KBS 2TV's series Grudge: The Revolt of the Gumiho (Gumiho: Yeou nuidyeon), which airs Mondays and Tuesdays, may be the next big Hallyu thing.

Grudge: The Revolt of Gumiho is not your standard summer "scary ghost fox" story like those that have been making seemingly perennial appearances on Korean TV. It takes a different angle on the legend, and this new approach has caught the attention of distributors outside of Korea.

KBS Internet, the broadcasting company that produced the show, announced on August 10 that they "have been continually receiving inquiries concerning when we can provide the content." A spokesperson said that they had "received calls from distributors in Japan and areas of Southeast Asia, Europe, and North Americas. Preparations are currently under way to export this content to distributors."

A reinterpretation of the nine-tailed fox (gumiho) legend, Grudge: The Revolt of Gumiho offers a well-woven story line, great directing, and solid performances by the actors, all of which has been steadily boosting viewership.

Essentially a story of gut-chilling revenge, ideal for sweltering summer evenings, Grudge: The Revolt of Gumiho will introduce viewers to the second act of the plot in all out carnal revenge.
