Michelle Obama State Dinner Dress in White House State Dinner

Michelle obama state dinner dress: The White House rolled out the red carpet last night for a state dinner welcoming Mexican President Felipe Calderon and his wife Margarita Zavala, but the best part of the evening might have been First Lady Michelle Obama's absolutely stunning, sparkling, and cerulean blue gown designed by Peter Soronen. And if that name sounds familiar

Now some say the question was staged, but I highly doubt that a First Lady that has gone out of her way to stay well clear of rancorous policy debates staged a question with a second grader. Likewise, one of the reasons she likely focusses on children is to AVOID rancorous Washington policy debates.

First lady Michelle Obama walks with her husband U.S President Barack Obama to greet Mexican President Felipe Calderon and his wife Margarita Zavala for a State Dinner at the White House on May 19, 2010 in Washington, DC.

Obama declared it his mission to get Mexican President Felipe Calderon and his wife, Margarita Zavala, out on the dance floor along with himself and first lady Michelle Obama. But reporters were ushered out before the after-party ever got to the dancing stage.

What do you think of Michelle's State Dinner dress? I LOVE it! Michelle  looked absolutely gorgeous in it. That shimmery material and the color   is to die for. Bravo Peter!
