The 24th annual Lowell Folk Festival is being held in the heart of the downtown Lowell and will begin on Friday July 23.
The festival will be kicked off by a parade and it will feature ethnic foods, folk music from all over the world, and other special events. The festival will open at noon on all three days of the event and will run through the evening.
