The Story : Vedam the first multistarrer of modern Telugu cinema has Allu Arjun, Manoj Manchu and Anushka doing three of the five important characters in this movie.

In which, Allu Arjun doing the role of Cable Raju who is a cable operating boy from lower income class. Manoj Manchu plays the role of Vivek Chakravarthy a budding rock star and Anushka plays the role of a prostitute called Saroja.

Manoj Bajpai and another old man do the other two important characters in the movie.

Vedam' director Krish will be a happy man. His movie has proceeded from level to level comfortably. News from the film's unit is that 'Vedham' has been censored by the Central Bureau of Film Certification, Hyderbad.

Produced by Devineni Prasad and Shobu Yarlagadda for Arka Entertainement, the movie boasts of a stellar cast including Allu Arjun, Manoj, VJ turned actress Lekha Washington, Deeksha Seth, Manoj Bajpai, and Nagayya. Initially, the movie was planned to release on June 3rd but they have deferred the release date to June 4th. 'Vedam' is expected to be released with more than 300 prints.

Filmy circles propose that 'Vedham' will start a new cult of film making. Good reviews have already started circulating with in the film circles saying that director Krish has done a great job. It is a promising movie this summer, it seems.
