Golimar Gopichand, The audio launch of Gopichand's latest film 'Golimaar' was held in Hyderabad on May 5. Puri Jagannadh, V V Vinayak, Bellamkonda Suresh, Prabhas, Dil Raju, Priyamani, Sreenu Vytla, Danayya, ML Kumar Chowdary, BVSN Prasad, Boyapati Srinu, Shyam K Naidu, Chakri and others attended the event. V V Vinayak launched the audio CD and gave the first CD to Prabhas. Sreenu Vytla launched the audio cassette and then gave it to Boyapati Srinu.

Puri Jagannath has directed this film and this is his latest directorial venture after 'Ek Niranjan'. Bellamkonda Suresh is producing the film. Interestingly, Bellamkonda Suresh announced another film starring Balakrishna earlier that day which will be directed by Puri Jagannadh. Priyamani is the lead actress and Nassar, Roja are playing other important roles in 'Golimar'. 'Dil' Raju had bought the Nizam area rights of 'Golimaar' and the Overseas rights were picked up by 'FICUS'. 'Golimaar' is based on a real life story of an encounter specialist named 'Daya Nayak'. Shyam K.Naidu is the cinematographer and Chakri is composing the music. The film is expected to release on May 27.
