According to reports, Paul Daley, who lost to opponent Josh Koscheck,  apparently followed the latter as they were both heading out of the  ring. Josh Koscheck had his back to Paul Daley, and so very  naturally could not get a direct view of the mixed martial star. It was  at this time that the punch landed on him out of the blue.

This has led to UFC President Dana White remove Paul Daley, an  announcement he made post fight, alongside the release of Kevin Kimbo  Slice Ferguson. This is the first time, a fighter at the UFC have been  sacked. Before this, UFC and its latest edition UFC 113 had seen  fighters released and brought back, but it never saw such a harsh step.

Koscheck won the fight and also will get to coach against George St.  Pierre in the upcoming season of “The Ultimate Fighter”. Koscheck should  also get a title shot against GSP in an upcoming UFC event.

"He's done," White said of Daley's fate during the UFC  113 post-fight news conference. "I don't care if he fights in every  show all over the world and  becomes the best and everybody thinks he's  the pound-for-pound best in  the world.

Bond girl Olga Kurylenko admits that she hates the mentality that comes with rich Russian men, who she says try to 'buy' women.

Congress¡¯ marches in Uttar Pradesh lose their leaders

Within a week of Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi flagging off ten “chetna yatras” (awakening marches) to rejuvenate the party in Uttar Pradesh, most leaders have deserted the campaign, while vulgar dances at a rally Monday evening have embarrassed the party.

While party MPs P.L.Punia, Praveen Singh Aron and Jagdambika Pal, who were leading three of the ten yatras, pulled out and rushed to Delhi following a Congress central leadership order to all party members for their regular attendance in the Lok Sabha, the senior party leaders entrusted with leading the other marches chose to take a break after only first three days.

Meanwhile, controversy has erupted after local organisers in Dibai town of Bulandshahr district hired women dancers as a part of an entertainment programme intended to attract bigger crowds. The vulgar gyrations left the chief guests – general secretary Pervez Hashmi and Mathura legislator Pradeep Mathur – embarrassed.

Both Hashmi and Mathur flatly denied having anything to do with the vulgar dances. State Congress chief Rita Bahuguna Joshi too washed her hands of the whole affair.

“Our directive to the district units was pretty simple – they must provide all logistics to organise roadside rallies and were told to keep it a simple affair without any frills,” Joshi told IANS.
