Sacha Baron Cohen might star in a remake of 'The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty', according to reports.
According to movie blog Pajiba.com, the 'Bruno' star has been offered the part of the mild-mannered fantasist in a remake of the iconic 1947 film starring Danny Kaye.
For a long time, there have been talks of a remake, with names like Austin Powers star Mike Myers, Jim Carrey and Owen Wilson being touted to play the lead, reports the Mirror.
The rights to the film – based on James Thurber’’s literary character – have also changed hands several times.
Currently, the rights are owned by 20th Century Fox, who are said to have approached Baron Cohen with the role.
